Order Acceptance

Order acceptance will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment.
The identification of a pricing or product description error.
Not meeting the eligibility to order criteria (e.g. entitlement to upgrade).

Product Delivery

There is no physical product shipped unless you choose to order a CD backup option when offered. All software is downloadable. An activation code, unlock code, or serial number (depending on the type of program) is sent via email after order completion. An activation code requires an Internet connection at the time of activation.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be given at the sole discretion of Morpheus Software. Please contact customer support with as much detail as possible to enable us to fully evaluate your claim. For products with an activation code, all sales are final after the product has been activated. There are no refunds on CD backup options after the CD has shipped.
